我公司研發(fā)了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的碳化硅整形設(shè)備，生產(chǎn)的RS100、RS07、F600、F1500等高純度、高活性重結(jié)晶碳化硅專用微粉，表面光潔圓滑、形狀好，粒度分布集中，易于浸潤。生產(chǎn)出的重結(jié)晶碳化硅急冷風(fēng)管、保護(hù)管、匣缽等制品，廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、冶金、耐磨行業(yè)、陶瓷、工業(yè)高溫窯爐中。

We developed silicon carbide shaping equipments with own intellectual property rights and produced special RSiC micropowder such as RS100, RS07, F600 and F1500 with high purity and highly reactivity. The suffaces of these micropwders are bright and smooth, good shape, concentrited particle size distribution and easy to be wetted. They are widely used in the chemical industry,metallurgy,wear resistance industry, ceramic and industrial high temperature kiln. The finished products include RSiC cooling pipes, protective tubes and crucibles, etc.
